We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time.

Supplements 

Supplements must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item(s). If you are returning an item(s) within this time frame please start by contacting info@femfuelz.com including your order number and the item you wish to return.

  • Products must be unused and returned with the tamper seal still on and in the condition they were received in.
  • Cost of return is at the discretion of the customer. 
  • If FemFuelz receive the return and the product is damaged and customer has no photo evidence of the condition it was sent it, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. 

How to make a return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@femfuelz.com. If your return is accepted and meets the return criteria you can follow the below instructions. Please note the cost of returns will be at the discretion of the customer unless stated otherwise. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Option 1: 

  1. Visit DPD Returns Portal 
  2. You can either create an account or continue as guest 
  3. Select "FEMFUELZ" as retailer
  4. Reference Number is your order number 
  5. Select a reason for return
  6. Select small parcel
  7. Complete contact details & payment info
  8. Print a label and follow the steps provided by DPD

At this point you must place the return label on your package. 

Complete Return.

Option 2: 

  • Head to your local A Post Office and return via An Post
  • Address to: FemFuelz, Unit 4, Eastpark, Shannon, Co.Clare, V14 W443. 

*Please note you may use other couriers to return items at your own discretion. It is up to you as the customer to track the return parcel, take photos of the conditions of the clothing before handed to courier etc. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
