This is brilliant I find it really gives me a boost every morning to get going did find it hard on my stomach the first few days so I cut down the amount gradually adding a bit more after a few days no issues now..and it has a great taste

I have never had pre workout before so didn't know what to expect the taste is lovely and it's so easy to drink although I'm not a fan of the tingly sensation as I couldn't focus on my workout but I will try and persevere with it
My skin is felt very prickly and itching. I don't think I would buy again. I would be nervous taking it again.
