Triple Layer Weetabix Brownie! ūüćę

This FemFuelz high protein triple layer weetabix brownie is the perfect sweet treat but with health at the forefront! Try it today.. it won't disappoint! 

Ingredients: 

Brownie layer:
  • 2 protein weetabix crushed¬†
  • 40g femfuelz chocolate whey¬†
  • 15g cocoa powder¬†
  • 1 egg
  • 170ml low fat milk¬†

Caramel layer:

  • 60g nut butter¬†
  • 20g femfuelz vanilla whey¬†
  • 40ml low fat milk¬†

Top layer:

  • 100g melted dark chocolate¬†
  • Sea salt¬†

Method: 

  1. Mix all the brownie ingredients together + bake for 10-15 minutes @180
  2. Make your caramel layer, whisking the nut butter, protein powder and milk together until a ‚Äúcaramel‚ÄĚ is formed. Pour into the brownie when baked.
  3. Add melted chocolate, sea salt + refrigerate for at least 2 hours.¬†ūüíõ¬†
