Strawberry Crumble Protein Bars š
Just when we thought Strawberry Crumble could not get any better... it does! A FemFuelz spin on a desert that everyone loves - this one will not disappoint.Ā
Ingredients: Serves 8- 175g plain flour
- 80g oats
- 2 scoops Femfuelz strawberry or Vanilla whey
- 150g low low butter
- 200g fresh strawberries
- 3 tbs strawberry jamĀ
Method:
- Crumble - mix the flour, oats, protein powder and butter together until it forms a crumble.Ā
- Press 2/3 of the mixture into a square tin (you may need to mix a little water in)
- Layer the strawberries and jam.
- Top with the remaining crumble.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes @180.Ā
