Protein Lotus Biscoff Cookies

We know that Lotus Biscoff is a hit at the moment so thought this was the perfect FemFuelz recipe to bring you this week! It's super simple and will be the perfect addition to your weekly snacks! 

Ingredients: Makes 9
  • 80g Oats (blended)
  • 1 scoop FemFuelz Salted Caramel Protein Powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 60g Lotus Biscoff spread
  • 30g Coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder 

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180*
2. Melt the lotus spread & coconut oil in a microwave for 30-40seconds
3. Combine all ingredients together + roll the dough into 9 balls
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
5. Drizzle with melted lotus Biscoff spread (optional - heat 2 tsp in a microwave 20 seconds)
