All you need is:
  • 1 scoop femfuelz vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup diced mango 
Method: 
  1. Mix the chia seeds and protein powder together. 
  2. Add coconut milk, diced mango + divide into containers 
  3. Pop in the fridge overnight and enjoy as a refreshing, High protein snack
