High Protein Overnight Weetabix

We did indeed hop on the overnight weetabix trend and we wanted to share this delicious sweet recipe with you! A super simple method with fantastic macros to ensure you are full and fuelled for your day ahead.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 scoop FemFuelz Protein (pick your flavour of choice!)
  • 2 Weetabix
  • 80ml Milk 
  • 200g 0% Fat Greek Yogurt
  • Lotus Biscoff Spread 
  • Lotus Biscoff Biscuit 

Method:

  1. Crush 2 weetabix and add your milk and create a weetabix base 
  2. Then mix your greek yogurt with your FemFuelz protein of choice
  3. Add the topping to your weetabix base
  4. Swirl through 15g of melted Lotus Biscoff Spread 
  5. Add 1 lotus biscuit to the top 
  6. Pop in the fridge and let set!

You can enjoy this as a high protein breakfast or snack! It won't disappoint..
