High Protein Chocolate Rice Pudding
The perfect recipe for a rainy day when you are craving something sweet but also want to hit your macros! Quick, easy & super high in protein..
Ingredients (serves 4):
- 2 Scoops FemFuelz Chocolate Whey
- 200g Pudding Rice
- 550ml Low Fat Milk
- 1tsp Cocoa Powder
Method:
- Add the pudding rice and milk to a saucepan and bring to the boil, then simmer for 20-25 minutes. (Stir every few minutes)
- Once the rice is soft, allow to cool. Add cocoa and the protein powder.
- Top with fresh fruit !! PERFECT for meal prep !
