We’re loving snacks that take less than 5 minutes prep time and with minimal ingredients - so this cookie dough recipe ticks just them boxes 🫶🏼
Ingredients:
1 cup ground almondsÂ
1 tbs milled flaxÂ
1 scoop Cookies&Cream wheyÂ
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup peanut butterÂ
50g chocolate chunksÂ
Sea saltÂ
⚡️Start by combining the ground almonds, protein powder and flax seeds together.Â
⚡️Follow by adding the peanut butter, maple syrup and chocolate chunks - mix until a cookie dough texture forms
⚡️Press the mixture firmly into a small baking tray and set in the fridge for at least 2 hours - cut into 8 small bars
