Carrot Cake Baked Oats

For all our carrot cake lovers, this one is for you! 


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 scoop femfuelz protein powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 carrot - grated
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • Cinnamon

Method:
1.Add the oats, protein powder, carrot, cinnamon to a baking dish. Follow by the eggs, milk, honey and mix
2. Stir in raisins and walnuts - bake for 20 minutes in a pre heated oven @180
3. For the frosting - mix 100g of Greek yogurt and 30g light cream cheese.
4. Once baked, allow to cool and add the frosting - enjoy 🥕
