Protein: Mix well, 1 scoop (30g) with 200ml of water or milk. Take one scoop daily, ideally after training or advised by your healthcare professional in order to help you hit your protein targets daily

Gut Balance:
Once a day add 1 scoop (6g) to 200ml water and shake well. Best taken no longer than 30 minutes before a meal.
