Protein:
At FemFuelz we pride ourselves on the quality of our new blends. With up to 25g of protein per serving we lead the way across the industry. The new formula includes essential nutrients, vitamins and added digestive enzymes to help reduce bloating.
Pre-Workout:
Our energetic and reviving pre-workout formula has been reviewed as one of the best on the market. As one of our best selling products, this delicious blend offers 110mg of Caffeine, with 2200mg of Beta Alanine. Not only that, we have also added Magnesium and Vitamin B6 to ensure you are getting the most from your FemFuelz blends.
BCAA:
This super effective BCAA blend is here to help with building muscle, reducing fatigue, improving endurance and avoiding DOMS. FemFuelz premium BCAA blend offers up to 6g of BCAA per scoop. To further enhance the blend we have also added Green Tea Extract, Vitamin C and Vitamin D to contribute to female overall health and well-being.
Gut Balance:
At FemFuelz our aim was to expand not only our sports nutrition supplements but to also create a high quality range specific to our health and well-being. This Gut Balance blend should be a staple to everyone's daily routine, as a healthy outside, starts with a healthy inside.
This bundle was designed specifically for those kick starting their fitness journey no matter what that may look like. At FemFuelz we are here to fuel, inform & empower you every step of the way.
Protein: Mix well, 1 scoop (30g) with 200ml of water or milk. Take one scoop daily, ideally after training or advised by your healthcare professional in order to help you hit your protein targets daily
Pre-Workout: Mix well, 1 scoop (10g) in 200ml water. Do not exceed recommended daily caffeine intake. Due to high caffeine content this product is not recommended for children or pregnant/breast-feeding women.
BCAA: Mix well, 1 scoop (8g) in 200ml water. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
Gut Balance:
Once a day add 1 scoop (6g) to 200ml water and shake well. Best taken no longer than 30 minutes before a meal.
