High Protein: As always, the composition of our protein blend provides high quality Whey Protein Concentrate and offers a whopping 21g per portion.
Carbohydrate Source: A healthy breakfast should always include a certain element of every macronutrient which is why our blend offers 37g of Carbs per portion which makes it a complete meal!
Low Sugar: Yes we have included carbs in this mix, but we have not allowed this to hinder our products nutritional value. This blend includes only 1.5g of sugar per portion.
Source of Fibre: This blend is also a source of fibre which offers many benefits. Keeps us fuller for longer, can help to control blood sugar levels and helps to maintain normal bowel health.

Mix well, 2 scoops (80g) with 80ml-100ml of cold water. The amount of water added depends on desired consistency (its your choice!) Then, cook on a non-stick pan on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes for each side.
