Mix well, 1 scoop (30g) with 200ml of water or milk. Take one scoop daily, ideally after training or advised by your healthcare professional in order to help you hit your protein targets daily

Electrolytes:
Mix 6g serving with more than 200ml of cold water
Shake, mix or whisk to make sure the product is fully dissolved. You can also bring your sachets on the go & mix in any of FemFuelz bottles/shakers or tumblers

The best protein ever! I always get the citrus electrolytes however the batch I have gotten this time taste completely different to others. The old flavor was much better. Not sure if they have been reformulated but they just aren’t as good.
