High Protein Tiramisu
A delicious and versatile recipe for mid week, the weekends or when having guests - what's not to love!

Ingredients: serves 4-6
- 1 scoop Femfuelz Vanilla Protein
- 100g mascarpone
- 250g 0% Greek yogurt
- 15 Lady fingers
- Cocoa powder
- Coffee
Method:
- Mix the Marscapone, Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder together.
- Soak the lady fingers in coffee, 1 by 1, and assemble in a baking tray.
- Add a layer of the high protein filling.
- Repeat layer.
- Sift dark cocoa powder on top.
- Allow to chill (best overnight - and enjoy as a high protein snack or dessert.
