Easy Oat Cookies ūüć™

Who doesn't love a cookie? We always say at FemFuelz that life is about balance so we are all about enjoying the delicious things, but why not make them a little healthier? 

This is exactly what we have done. A scrumptious oat cookie packed with protein, carbs and some good fats! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana (mashed)¬†
  • 1 egg
  • 100g oats¬†
  • 2 scoops Femfuelz protein
  • Splash of milk
  • 50g chocolate (melted)¬†
Method: 
  1. Mix together the oats, banana, egg, milk and protein powder.
  2. Divide into 6 cookies on a baking tray + make a hollow with a spoon.
  3. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes @180.
  4. When cooled, add melted chocolate to the centre of the cookies.
