Ingredients: Makes 9
- 80g Oats (blended)
- 1 scoop FemFuelz Salted Caramel Protein Powder
- 2 eggs
- 60g Lotus Biscoff spread
- 30g Coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180*
2. Melt the lotus spread & coconut oil in a microwave for 30-40seconds
3. Combine all ingredients together + roll the dough into 9 balls
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
5. Drizzle with melted lotus Biscoff spread (optional - heat 2 tsp in a microwave 20 seconds)
