High Protein Tiramisu

A delicious and versatile recipe for mid week, the weekends or when having guests - what's not to love!

Ingredients: serves 4-6

  • 1 scoop Femfuelz Vanilla Protein
  • 100g mascarpone
  • 250g 0% Greek yogurt
  • 15 Lady fingers
  • Cocoa powder
  • Coffee 

Method: 

  1. Mix the Marscapone, Greek yogurt and vanilla protein powder together.
  2. Soak the lady fingers in coffee, 1 by 1, and assemble in a baking tray.
  3. Add a layer of the high protein filling.
  4. Repeat layer. 
  5. Sift dark cocoa powder on top.
  6. Allow to chill (best overnight - and enjoy as a high protein snack or dessert.
