High Protein Strawberry Cheesecake!

Looking for the perfect high protein desert? We have you covered. 

Ingredients: 

Base

  • 100g Rich Tea Biscuits
  • 50g Brown Sugar
  • 100g Melted Coconut Oil

Filling 

  • 500g Light Philadelphia
  • 500g Greek Yogurt
  • 135g FemFuelz Strawberry Whey Protein
  • Squeeze of Lemon Juice
  • Tsp Vanilla Extract 

Method:

  1. Add your rich tea biscuits to a zip lock bag and roll with a pin to create a crumb like texture
  2. Mix rich tea crumbs with Brown Sugar and Melted coconut oil
  3. Add to a tin (we used 7.5 inch round tin in this instance), press down
  4. Mix all filling ingredients together and make sure well combined
  5. Pop filling on top of the base
  6. Add strawberries to the top 
  7. Let sit in the fridge for a 2-3 hours or over night.
  8. Serve & Enjoy!!
