High Protein Mini Egg Easter Cheesecake 🐣

Looking for the perfect easter break recipe? FemFuelz has got you covered. These delicious mini egg cheesecakes are the perfect treats to have prepped for a snack, desert or visitors!

All you need is 6 ingredients:

  • 90g FemFuelz Cookies & Cream Whey
  • 100g digestive biscuits
  • 50g light butter (melted)
  • 200g lightest cream cheese
  • 100g 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 80g mini eggs 

Method:

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits and add melted butter 
  2. Press a large tablespoon of the mixture into 9 bun cases 
  3. Filling: mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese and protein powder together.
  4. Add crushed mini eggs + refrigerate overnight ⚡️

15g carbs 
13g protein 
7g fat
