Who doesn't love a cookie? We always say at FemFuelz that life is about balance so we are all about enjoying the delicious things, but why not make them a little healthier?
This is exactly what we have done. A scrumptious oat cookie packed with protein, carbs and some good fats!
Ingredients:
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 1 egg
- 100g oats
- 2 scoops Femfuelz protein
- Splash of milk
- 50g chocolate (melted)
Method:
- Mix together the oats, banana, egg, milk and protein powder.
- Divide into 6 cookies on a baking tray + make a hollow with a spoon.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes @180.
- When cooled, add melted chocolate to the centre of the cookies.

19g carbs
5g fat
