A super quick and effective bite to have in the freezer for a pre/post gym boost or for when you're on the go and need a pick me up!
Ingredients:
- 1 large banana
- 1 scoop femfuelz chocolate whey protein
- 50g 0% fat Greek yogurt
- Chocolate chips
- Cut the banana into 6 pieces
- Mix the yogurt and protein powder together - dip in each piece of banana.
- Add 3 chocolate chips, freeze + enjoy !!
