Our Everyday Hero bundle includes Protein, Pre-Workout both of which you can chose your option & flavour, along with Gut Balance and Creatine.
Protein:

Not only that, we have also added Magnesium and Vitamin B6 to ensure you are getting the most from your FemFuelz blends.
Gut Balance:
At FemFuelz our aim was to expand not only our sports nutrition supplements but to also create a high quality range specific to our health and well-being. This Gut Balance blend should be a staple to everyone's daily routine, as a healthy outside, starts with a healthy inside.
Creatine:
FemFuelz Creatine provides 5g of pure micronized creatine monohydrate making it easier and faster to absorb. This blend should become part of everyone's daily routine regardless of your training intensity as it is the most research tested supplement on the market.
This bundle offers our everyday hero's at a discount! We know that majority of people take protein, pre-workout, gut balance and creatine on a daily basis so we thought why not make it as easy as possible for you guys to shop, pick & chose your flavours!
Protein: Mix well, 1 scoop (30g) with 200ml of water or milk. Take one scoop daily, ideally after training or advised by your healthcare professional in order to help you hit your protein targets daily
Pre-Workout: Mix well, 1 scoop (10g) in 200ml water. Do not exceed recommended daily caffeine intake. Due to high caffeine content this product is not recommended for children or pregnant/breast-feeding women.
Gut Balance: Add 1 scoop (6g) to 200ml water and shake well. Best taken no longer than 30 minutes before a meal.
Creatine: Mix well, 1 scoop (5g). Take 5g daily for 7 days, then 5g every second day, to fully maximize Creatine transporters. To ensure adequate hydration, increase water intake to at least 2.5L per day when taking Creatine. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
