Strawberry Crumble Protein Bars 🍓

Just when we thought Strawberry Crumble could not get any better... it does! A FemFuelz spin on a desert that everyone loves - this one will not disappoint. 

Ingredients: Serves 8
  • 175g plain flour
  • 80g oats
  • 2 scoops Femfuelz strawberry or Vanilla whey
  • 150g low low butter
  • 200g fresh strawberries
  • 3 tbs strawberry jam 

Method:

  1. Crumble - mix the flour, oats, protein powder and butter together until it forms a crumble. 
  2. Press 2/3 of the mixture into a square tin (you may need to mix a little water in)
  3. Layer the strawberries and jam.
  4. Top with the remaining crumble.
  5. Bake for 20-30 minutes @180.
