High Protein Strawberry Cheesecake!
Looking for the perfect high protein desert? We have you covered.
Ingredients:
Base
- 100g Rich Tea Biscuits
- 50g Brown Sugar
- 100g Melted Coconut Oil
Filling
- 500g Light Philadelphia
- 500g Greek Yogurt
- 135g FemFuelz Strawberry Whey Protein
- Squeeze of Lemon Juice
- Tsp Vanilla Extract
Method:
- Add your rich tea biscuits to a zip lock bag and roll with a pin to create a crumb like texture
- Mix rich tea crumbs with Brown Sugar and Melted coconut oil
- Add to a tin (we used 7.5 inch round tin in this instance), press down
- Mix all filling ingredients together and make sure well combined
- Pop filling on top of the base
- Add strawberries to the top
- Let sit in the fridge for a 2-3 hours or over night.
- Serve & Enjoy!!
