Healthier Snicker Bars
A healthier version of the very loved snicker bars!
Ingredients:
Makes 5 bars
- 100g oats
- 1 scoop femfuelz protein powder
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbs honey
- 3 tbs runny peanut butter
- 80g melted dark chocolate
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Method:
1. Blitz oats into a flour - mix in the protein powder, milk and honey until a dough forms.
2. Press the dough into a lined loaf tin.
3. Add the peanut butter, melted chocolate and chopped peanuts.
4. Freeze for at least 2 hours
