2 Minute Kinder Cake

Who doesn't love a delicious cake that could be made in 2 minutes? Plus, it's kinder! 

Ingredients:

  • 40g oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop femfuelz milk/white chocolate hazelnut protein
  • Splash of milk
  • 2 tbs 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 kinder bar

Method:
-simply blend the oats, egg, yogurt, milk and protein powder together.
-Add the mini kinder bar and microwave for 2 minutes.
-top with a little melted white chocolate and fresh berries

390 kcal/serving
33g carbs
42g protein
10g fat
